When we started Project Run, our mission was simple: to share the joy, relief, and sense of accomplishment that running brings. Looking at how far we’ve come, I couldn’t be prouder of the incredible community we’ve built and the amazing team that keeps our weekly runs going strong.
Running has been a life-changing journey for me personally. This year, I reached a major milestone by completing my first half marathon, and now I’m determined to take on the challenge of a full marathon next year—a goal I’m eagerly working toward.
For the past 6-7 months, we’ve gathered every single week without fail, building momentum and growing together. As we move forward, we’re excited to introduce indoor activities to keep our energy and enthusiasm alive through the colder months. The future of project run is brighter than ever, and I’m beyond excited to see where this journey takes us!

Running has always been more than just a sport for me. I run only for one reason: to remind my body who is realy in charge.
It began as a personal escape, a form of therapy to clear my head and find peace, has turned into something far greater.
At@projectrunmtl, I’ve discovered the power of running not just alone, but together. What started as a simple idea has grown into a family of runners—people who share the same passion, struggles, and triumphs. We’re not just chasing miles; we’re building connections, pushing limits, and lifting each other up every step of the way.
With Project Run, I’ve found a community that inspires me to show up, keep going, and grow stronger. Every run we share strengthens not just our bodies but the bonds that hold us together. I’m truly grateful to be part of this incredible journey and this amazing family.

Running has been a part of me for as long as I can remember, thanks to my parents, who were both dedicated runners and my greatest role models. When I joined our running team in its earliest days, I was training for my first half marathon, uncertain of what lay ahead. That milestone became a turning point—not just for me, but for many members who were inspired to take on their own half marathons afterward.
Leading @projectrunmtl team has been a privilege. It’s taught me that running is about more than pace or distance; it’s about the bonds we build through shared effort and mutual encouragement. I aim to lead by example, showing up for the toughest challenges and cheering loudest for others at their finish lines.
Our team has grown into something extraordinary. A community where every step, every milestone, and every victory is celebrated together. I feel so fortunate to lead this family of runners who inspire me as much as I hope to inspire them.

I started running in the spring of 2024, and it’s been an incredible journey so far.
This year, I achieved a big milestone by completing my first half marathon, and it’s fueled my passion for staying active and pushing my limits. I joined@projectrunmtlin early summer, and it’s been amazing to share my runs with such an inspiring and supportive group of people. Running with others makes every step so much more enjoyable.
My next big goal? Taking on the challenge of a full marathon next year! I’m excited to keep growing, improving, and running alongside this fantastic community.
